Lady Gaga's career is drowning!

Quick!  Someone throw her a life raft!  Predictably, Lady Gaga's knight and super fan, Anthagio (Anthony Ashcraft) came to her defence.  Which makes the read even more hysterical. There's nothing funnier than watching him writhe in pain as his idol falls off her perch.

Read the rest here.

Thank you Sun Ra for the link.

Be sure to read Recovering Monster's post "Parade of Celebrities Come Out Against Gaga".

Bill Werde comments on Angela Cheng Claims!

Here's a snippet.  Read the full article on Little Monster Bill Werde's Tumblr.

Bill Werde says "all of this would be fine and well and water under the bridge, except for two nagging problems. One was that the “work” of “Cheng” and “O’Connor” appeared to me to create a lasting, negative smear on the campaign for Lady Gaga’s current album, ARTPOP."

Someone should inform Mr. Werde that ARTPOP under performed on it's own.  The music spoke (or didn't speak) for itself. Lady Gaga's pretentious attitude; alienation of the general public by being a holier than thou snooty high art type; and constant eye rolling claims suggesting she's the first person to accomplish things in pop culture that have already been done 30 or more years ago, are enough to solidify her demise. Let's not forget ripping people off through her foundation, which is really more of a tax break than anything else. Being the most annoying celebrity in existence can't be a good thing for your career and public image.

ARTPOP and Gaga doesn't need covert journalists and bloggers to turn the public off. She did that all on her own. I suppose Cheng and O'Connor are also to blame for the Born This Way Foundation's obscene spending of donation money on pretty much nothing?

Writing a post discrediting claims that he's on Gaga's payroll is useless.  Was he ever going to admit it if he were? That would be illegal.  It seems to me that Bill Werde is a die-hard Lady Gaga fan. He is a fan and therefore fails to see how Stefani contributed to her own career falling off the pedestal and into the pit of irrelevancy.  It's the media and blogger's fault even if they reported factual information like the charity foundation's irresponsible spending with very little of it actually doing anything to help it's cause?

Keep in mind too that Lady Gaga loves attention. She lives for the applause after all.  Any attention, even negative, is satisfactory for her because it keeps her name in the news.  In fact, she should probably put all the "hate" bloggers on her payroll.  At least we keep her name alive.  Mainstream media is barely singing her praises anymore either.

Remember one thing folks, whatever happens, it's never Lady Gaga's fault. It's your fault, the media's fault, her management's fault, the animals she kills and wears fault, the blogger's fault, former friend's fault, ex-boyfriend's fault, old high school peers' fault and everyone else breathing on this massive planet's fault. But it's not her fault.

Thanks Nuvo for the link.  Now check out BuzzFeed's article on Angela Cheng and Sabrina O'Connor! Oh the impact those two have!  Hey, what about Paws Down and I? Are we chopped liver or something? I kid, I kid.  My guess is our claims have more merit and constructive criticism instead of outrageous claims.  So we aren't sensational enough.

Thank you Amen Madonna for the Buzz Feed link.

Guys, what do you think?

Lady Gaga - G.U.Y.: THIS SONG SUCKS

Review by Luke Giordano.  The song really does suck.  I posted Luke's review for Applause when it came out but it's so spot on, it deserves to be posted again.

Akon Throws Major Shade at Lady Gaga. He Cashed Out!

I know Lady Gaga feels like a victim so badly betrayed by the music industry, or she wants you to believe she is. But, let's get real shall we? The music business is a business and businesses are there to earn money. The entertainment industry is no exception.  Of course, in order to earn money, they have to find the right people to mold and shape into a fast selling package.  Gaga was (maybe still is) a commodity, like most pop stars are.  Pop stars have a shelf life, like milk.  The glory days of pop are over.  There will never be another Madonna or Michael Jackson ever again.  Very few have managed to harness the longevity needed to survive in such a fickle career with an even more fickle public.

Akon's relationship with Lady Gaga in the early stages of her career is no secret and he was crucial in helping her rise to the top for that short period.  But like all good businessmen, they know when to walk away.  Listen to Akon's interview with Sway in the Morning. When asked about Lady Gaga, he says "Actually I cashed out. I got out while the gooding (sic) was hot. It's like a business, you build it to sell it. When I got it to the peak of where I felt it couldn't go nowhere, and there was nowhere left to go but down, I cashed out, in other words I sold my share and got out before it was too late." When asked if he's surprised at the critics saying Gaga's fallen of the pedestal and the sales of Gaga's last album, Akon responds "No. That's why I got out". Ouch!

Skip to 3:43 and listen up to 5:47.

Make no mistake.  Gaga isn't this broken bird who was kept from flying because of these horrible executives.  I don't doubt that there are horrible people in the music business.  I'm sure there's a lot of shrewd and ruthless suits for artists to deal with.  But they are not responsible for Gaga's waning star. She is; and she's said many times how she's in control of her career.  It's convenient and it's human nature to pass the buck to others when it's too hard to swallow that pill of accountability. The truth is Gaga used them as much as they used her.  The fact that she had to go to court to seal scandalous documents permanently that would ruin her reputation testifies to that.

Thank you Pizzazz for the story.

Lady Gaga G.U.Y. video applies same, old, tired pop formula.

Lady Gaga's video for G.U.Y. came out yesterday and it's evident in the video that she's desperately trying to promote her entire album ARTPOP and not just the song the video is meant for.  The almost 12 minute video, which four minutes of it is just credits (implying this is some sort of masterpiece film) paints Gaga to be the (surprise!) perpetual victim who suffered at the hands of her handlers who trying to stifle her creative, and artistic vision, which involves vomiting

The video opens with Gaga's single ARTPOP and visually we see a group of men in suits fighting over money.  The men obviously represent music industry executives that only cared about Stefani for the money and not Stefani the artist.  As the crowd moves away, we see Gaga lying on the ground, beat up and abused. Gaga is wearing bird wings to signify the phoenix that will rise from the ashes.  I guess Gaga didn't get the memo that ARTPOP is done and the window for "rising" has long closed.  That of course had nothing to do with Troy Carter and the rest of her management team because Gaga has always made a strong point to let it be known that she is in charge of her career.  Unless it begins to fail.  In that case, it's no longer her fault.

When Gaga arrives at Hearst Castle, broken and battered, the song changes to Venus, in an attempt to promote yet another song. Gaga is carried to the pool, adorned with flowers, lifted up and placed in the pool for a spiritual cleansing.  Then in a weird, tacky twist, we see the Housewives of Beverly Hills lip synching to Venus and playing in a mock band.  Their significance in the video is lost among the mega promotion and point of the video itself, if there actually is one that doesn't have to do with Gaga.  Then again, nothing Gaga does is about anything else other than her.  Even her do-good attempts at charity is basically one giant stroke of the ego as she places herself in a Messiah-like status.  Thankfully, her foundation was proven to be a scam and anyone with a brain can see that.

G.U.Y. begins with Gaga playing tribute to sex and it's God Himeros.  Like a bad self-made, low budget music video, a floating Hemiros head appears in the blue sky, looking down upon the pretentious, washed up pop star, smiling.  The scene is stupid and has z-movie status written all over it.  It doesn't deserve much more attention than that.

Cue the predictable dance sequence.  There's several of them, which include back up dancers. Notably, the real dancing isn't done by Gaga.

The rest of the video is just your typical pop, dance, Hollywood stuff.  Costumes, dancing, dead animals as clothing, sex, masturbation; because it wouldn't be a pop video without touching your crotch.  How artistic.   Gaga looks pretty good and credit for that goes to the cosmetic surgery and Botox she's gotten, which is evident in this video.

Gaga's two-foot stomping about being a real artist is negated by travelling down the beaten pop-star path by including the usual pop music video recipe; sex, nakedness, ensemble dancing, flashy lights and pouty faces.  Gaga can scream "I am an artist" until she chokes because it's clear as the bluest, ocean water that underneath all that noise, Gaga is nothing more than just another pop star applying the same, old, tired formula.  Staying in line with her empathy for child molesters and sexual deviants, Michael Jackson makes an appearance in the video as well. Speaking of Michael Jackson, the scene where he, Ghandi and Jesus exit their tombs is a direct reflection about how Gaga thinks of herself.  A victim, beaten, crucified and humiliated for her art.  Gaga thinks she is a martyr for pop.  The delusions of grandeur are hysterical and sad.

The video ends with a panoramic, exterior shot of Hearst Castle, the stunning California mountains and ocean. This is the best part of the video.

The song G.U.Y. itself isn't bad.  The best part is the chorus.  I predict, like the rest of ARTPOP, the song will fail to reach the top of the charts despite the expensive, long and colourful video and pathetic fan attempts.  But then again, Gaga doesn't care about the charts and that's obvious by placing two unrelated songs in the video and tweeting this.

Oh PUKE! Lady Gaga, Desperate for Attention, Triggers Gag Reflex at SXSW

Last night Lady Gaga performed at sell-out music festival SXSW and the desperation for a waning career reached pathetic heights of grossness.  In a lame and failed attempt to divert attention from the Born This Way Foundation spending scandal and Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga tapped so called "vomit" artist Millie Brown to perform with her on stage.  The fact that someone calls themselves a vomit artist is disturbing in and of itself but that's a discussion for another day.

During the single from ARTPOP, Swine, Gaga did her best reductive version of a GG Allin show and had Millie Brown drink a green coloured, milky liquid on stage.  Once the tasty beverage was finished, Brown stuck her fingers down her throat and proceeded to vomit the green liquid all over Stefani. Once Brown emptied her digestive system of green fluid, she puked black shit all over Gaga as they both played in it like bridge-trolls on a mechanical bull.  I feel like vomiting as I write this. Revolting.  Checkmate for glamorizing bulimia too!  Good job Gaga.  How's that youth empowerment going? #PopStarsDontEat

You know you're on your way out when you resort to putrid garbage like this.  Anything to get attention huh Gaga?  While art is a form of human expression, it should have it's boundaries as well. You can't create or perform whatever junk you want, slap an art label on it and expect to be considered some kind of artistic genius.  In Gaga and Millie's case, they are nothing more than clowns from a travelling circus sideshow act.

Gaga really wanted to be a bad-ass rock-n-roll chick for this show. What you ended up seeing was watered down drunk, 1990's Courtney Love mixed with GG Allin, who whined when she had to sing her pop single "Applause". I guess the pain of being reminded of how badly it flopped was too much to bear.

Just how Gaga's SXSW was known for anything but the forgettable music from ARTPOP, GG Allin was known more for his stage antics than his music. He was known for vomiting on stage, beating up his fans (male or female), consuming his feces and self mutilation.  He even had his fans eat his feces. Gaga read a page from the GG Allin play-book and applied it to her show last night. Referring to a comment I read on dListed, GG Allin once said that he planned to commit suicide on stage.  That didn't happen.  He ended up overdosing on drugs.

Gaga, your move.

She's still trying to sell this ARTPOP concept huh?  Yeah, I don't think her attempts to create a new genre or movement is working, at all.  This turkey is fully cooked.

Lady Gaga's Mother Responds to Born This Way Foundation Scrutiny

Straight from HuffPost Blog and sounding like the seasoned politician weaving his or her buzz words to get your votes.

Lady Gaga, Born This Way Foundation

In other words, all that money donated still went toward nothing except an online map, online games, a few Tweets and Facebook posts, and spreading awareness.  The bill is still too high. Cynthia states that they're not a grant maker to fund other charities even though they gave $5000 out of the millions to something or someone. She also states that they conduct their own charitable work directly.  So people donate funds to the tune of millions of dollars; and she further claims that they fund their own work.  Which raises another question - if they fund their own work, where is the donation money and what are they doing or are going to do with it?  Is it sitting in a bank account somewhere collecting interest and dust?  Is what Cynthia claims the foundation is doing worth the costs?  Does she want us to believe that posting a few social media messages and other vague initiatives costs $2.1 million? Great story Cynthia! You should write a book. It seems the only people benefiting from the foundation were the lawyers, publicists, consultants and of course Stefani.

The Born This Way Foundation was busted, plain and simple. Clearly the foundation isn't having that much of an impact otherwise the media would have been "kind" to overlook their mass spending and lack of work.

Lady Gaga had no problem posting an open letter to slam Kelly Osbourne for choosing a less passionate path in life but she couldn't post a letter defending her own foundation and it's actions. Her mother had to do it for her.

Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation Spends Money On Anything But Bravery

Little Monsters
Last month I wrote an article questioning the Born This Way Foundation's charity outreach program and Lady Gaga's latest attempt to get donations.  The main question being "what exactly does the foundation do?".  The latest antic was a tier-level donation pyramid suggesting that the more money you donate, the better a fan you are.  Your donation is then entered into a contest with the grand prize being a dinner with Gaga and her family at her family's restaurant.

Another good question - what exactly has the Born This Way Foundation done? No one knows for sure - until now.

Lady Gaga's foundation spends more money on marketing, lawyers and consultants than actually combating bullying, inspiring bravery and breeding compassion.

According to a report from ShowBiz411, Lady Gaga, her mother Cynthia and the foundation spent 1.5 million dollars of your donation money on legal fees, publicity and a website.  In addition to that, they spent $348,000 on the Born Brave bus  in 2012.

I'll take this a step further than quoting a celebrity website.  Here's the actual tax return!  The first page shows a side-by-side comparison of expenses from the previous and current year.  The expenses more than doubled.

Here's where some of the donations went:
  • $362,921 on web design and consulting.
  • $348,000 on event production
  • $406,552 on legal fees
  • $72,752 on salaries
  • $79,862 on accounting
  • $808,661 on other expenses
  • $9203 on office expenses
  • $77,923 on travel
  • $150,000 on philanthropic consulting

I guess we now know what the impact of your donations are! Oh and it's still not clear what this charity does aside from spending your money on anything but bullying. I'll say one thing, bravery is indeed being inspired and Stefani and her mom are the ones being inspired; because it takes some very big balls to call yourself a charity, spend donation money frivolously while you sip champagne with fashion designers on a private jet wearing a fur coat.

Remember these figures the next time you buy something on eBay and you see this.

 photo btw_zps6bcb7bab.jpg

Thank you Leo for the ShowBiz101 article and thank you Brandy for the eBay screenshot.

Afterward:  I should point out that it's unknown if these expenses were paid from the donation pool, out of pocket by Gaga or a combination of both.  The monetary amounts seem excessive so my hunch is that Gaga's own personal expenses are being written off through the foundation.

UPDATE!

Jennifer O'Neill, Lady Gaga's former assistant (or someone claiming to be her) is on Reddit right now holding a Q&A session!!  CHECK.IT.OUT. Part one is here.

Some snippets

This one is interesting.

Jennifer O'Neill answered that question.  Her answer was "he thought she was involved in a death" or something to that effect.  Jennifer removed her reply before I could screencap it but I promise you it was there.  Thank you Alexa for the tip!

Dear Lady Gaga, please stop dancing!

Lady Gaga sang Do What You Want with R.Kelly on SNL last night and the gracefulness of her dance aerobics was something to be behold.

Just joking.

Doing her best 1970's Diana Ross impression, peppered with Christina Aguilera vocal techniques, Gaga strutted her way on stage giving us her best freestyle moves.  As you can see in the video from last night's, uh, routine, the chick has about as much rhythm as two turtles mating and sounds about as good.  I felt like I was watching a really bad Flashdance remake when Gaga dropped to the floor at .29.  Sigh, at least there's backing tracks to pick up the slack.
R.Kelly and Stefani have zero chemistry on stage.  It's easier to believe that Kim Jong Il really was a kick ass DJ that knows how drop the bass.  I'm sure the dry hump part seemed like an eternity of torture for the crooner although I fully expected him to pee on her.

You know, they say you can tell if someone will be good in bed by how well they dance.  Just sayin'

So the question is, who did it better?

Or

ARTRave; ARTPOP; Amazon sales scam

11.11.13.  ARTPOP release date and the reviews are coming in and they aren't good.  Here's a few headlines just to give you a taste of the wave of criticism.

Salon - Post-Lady Gaga, is Warholism dead?

The Montreal Gazette - Self-indulgence dulls Lady Gaga’s slick but derivative ARTPOP

The L.A. Times - Review: Lady Gaga 'could mean anything' on 'Artpop'

Time Entertainment - Lady Gaga’s New ARTPOP Doesn’t Always Live Up to Title

The Atlantic -  Anyone Else Bummed Out by Lady Gaga's Artpop?

The Washington Post - Review: Lady Gaga’s ‘Artpop’ fails as art and pop

The Edmonton Journal - Album review: Lady Gaga’s Artpop a sloppy, awkward listen

The Daily Beast - ‘ARTPOP’ Review: Lady Gaga’s Album Wants to Be Everything, But Is Nothing at All

At Gaga's ARTRave last night, she unveiled that hideous Jeff Koons statue of herself.

During her intro to Dope, she exercised her Method acting technique and tried to convince the crowd (and herself) that she's off the drugs and alcohol (at a rave!) and doesn't need it to be creative.  Watch the video and trust me when I say she's being sincere.  Actually no, I'm lying.  It's so phony and contrived.  If this is the best acting she can do, Hollywood should ban her from ever making another movie.  She also thinks people are stupid enough to believe that she's only been smoking pot when we all know she's on the hard stuff.  Sober?  Not likely.  Oh come on honey, don't insult our intelligence.  She's even dressed like a bag of cocaine!

Ugh! That song is making my ears hemorrhage.  Speaking of drugs, according to several ARTRave partiers, the place reeked of cocaine and Ecstasy.  Say it ain't so?  At a rave? Drugs? No?  About raves; of all the venues Gaga picks to convince people she's off drugs, she does it at a rave??  Does that even make sense?

She attended ARTRave
Judging from this tweet, Gaga is obviously lying.

There are also unconfirmed reports that fans vandalized the Koon's Gaga statue at ARTRave and this picture is circulating the web.  Gaga is reportedly very upset and refuses to meet anymore fans.

Lastly, another video of Gaga's Wile E. Coyote moment.

Oh! I almost forgot!  ARTPOP Amazon scam!!

Lady Gaga's latest desperate attempt for attention; a flying dress!

Let's all give thanks and a round of applause to Lady Gaga, for creating something we all need; a flying dress.  Stefani demonstrated her useful creation Volantis tonight and it's a complete and utter fail.  When I heard about the flying dress mess, I envisioned a dress with a jet pack of some sort on the back.  Instead we get this:

This is not a flying dress.  This is a body suit attached to a platform with six propellers to help it get off the ground.  The width of the propellers fits her inflated head nicely and it's hard enough trying to get that through a door!

What you've just witnessed is another jump the shark moment courtesy of Stefani.  Here's another view.  She's obviously been spending lots of time trying to think of something that no one else has done and this is what she comes up with.  A storm-trooper outfit with a fan stuck to her head.  The funniest part (as if this wasn't funny enough) was Gaga dressing up as an astronaut to introduce her contraption of epic proportions.

An astronaut!  She barely got two feet off the ground!  Oh the delusion!  Trapeze artists have flown higher than this! Maybe if she did a couple of rails first, she might get the feeling of being higher. Holy shit, I feel like I'm watching Wile .E. Coyote falling off a cliff in a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

So guys, where would you, um, wear this?

Answer to a Little Monster question

This question was asked of me in a previous post.

I'll gladly answer honestly.  Feel free to post this on the Little Monster's website because I have no doubt that's where you're coming from.  I'll start with me.

I do not wear fur.  My uncle brought me back a fur coat from Russia when I was four.  I have never worn fur since and do not plan to ever wear it.  As for leather, if someone knows of a cruelty free shoe company that is orthopedic, please let me know.  My feet are so sensitive all the comfortable shoes from stores like Walking on a Cloud are made from leather.  After years of buying cheap shoes, my feet can't take it anymore.

I've recently became a vegetarian due to reaching a moral crossroads with my beliefs and what I do.  For a long time now, the products I buy are vegan and cruelty free.  All my products from toiletries to household cleaners. Nothing I buy is derived from an animal.  It's more expensive but so be it.

I do eat eggs and dairy.  My dairy is bought from Organic Meadow and I buy my eggs directly from a farm where the chickens roam free, eggs are hand picked and the chickens are there solely for producing eggs. They are not killed after.  If I can't make it to the farm, I buy free range, always.

Now on to meat.  I believe the choice to eat meat is a personal one.  Having said that, anyone who takes the time to research the meat industry will find that there are meat packaging plants that are horrific such as the Central Valley Meat Packers in California that was very recently shut down.  If you haven't seen the undercover video, by all means watch it right here.

As you can see, the torture of these poor animals is atrocious.  Putting meat in your mouth from animals as stressed out as these cannot be good for you.  Meat from slaughterhouses like this tend to be cheaper and pumped up with antibiotics and hormones.  McDonald's, In & Out Burger and Costco are three companies that recently terminated business with Central Valley over the animal abuse.

On the other side of the spectrum, there are meat packers that kill their animals in a more humane way. One is Cargill.  Cargill is the company that allowed Oprah Winfrey and Lisa Ling to film inside their facility. You can watch the story at OprahWinfrey.com.

So what's the point in telling you this?  The point is that there is a clear choice for people who choose to eat meat. The choice is where you choose to buy it from.  Do you prefer to buy meat that came from Cargill or from slaughterhouses such as Central Valley?  Do your research.  It's not hard to find.

Meat does provide nutrition to people and I believe that although humans do not need meat to survive, we are omnivores.  If someone chooses to educate themselves and buy meat from humane sources, I will not fault them. Meat serves a purpose.  You don't wear meat for fashion....unless your Lady Gaga, trying to make a point that kind of gets lost because it's incomprehensible like most of her drivel.

Moving on to fur.  The purpose of fur serves absolutely no intrinsic value whatsoever other than to satisfy the fashion industry, spoiled rich brats and people who think owning fur is a status symbol.  It satisfies greed, materialism and so called wealth.  The carcass of the animal is then discarded after it's been skinned alive. Unless you are an Inuit or other tribe living in the Arctic, fur is useless and unnecessary.  It's like owning a Hummer and you don't live in the freakin' Himalayas.

If you took the time to watch even part of the above video then you know that what you saw is what Lady Gaga, Kardashian and others condone every time they put a fur garment on.  The production of fur is beyond cruel and demented. Quite frankly, it's fucked up.  People who buy fur like Lady Gaga know exactly where it comes from and how it's produced.  Yet they continue to buy it.  Why? Because they are materialistic, selfish and shallow.  They feel important and special draped in fur.  They feel so fashionable and hip. They define themselves by their designer labels.  Don't believe me?  Lady Gaga colored her hair brown and called the shade Louis Vuitton brown.  When she was slammed for wearing fur, she mockingly told critics to credit the designer Hermes.  She once said that her life dream was to be dressed in Italian designers.  Seriously, should that even be a life dream?  Pathetic. This picture accurately depicts her for what she really is.  A shallow, money hungry,  label and status whore.  The biggest fraud in the celebrity world next to the Kardashians.

The fact that Lady Gaga pulls the "art" card once again to justify her need for material things is disgusting and unforgivable.  It is an insult to the animals and to anyone who cares more about animals than their fucking clothes. GagMe asked us to respect her views.  Why should anyone respect her views when her views cause the immense and intense suffering of a living creature.  Given her logic and a certain cause she apparently fights for, I wonder if she respects the view of people who are against gay marriage or gay people?  The Taliban's view is that women should suppressed in the worst way.  Should we respect their view because it happens to be their view?

Any logical person knows that while everyone has their "views" on things, if the view is wrong, we are not required to respect it.  Doing what's right earns respect.

There is NOTHING art-like in the video you saw above or in the final product and my guess is that Lady Gaga's perfume is tested on animals as well.

Lady Gaga Explains Running Out of Ideas

Lady Gaga released a statement on the concept of ARTPOP and what it means to her.  What it really is, is Stefani running out of ideas and spinning a bunch of drivel masquerading as an artistic transformation.

Stefani says that not everyone will understand ARTPOP.  Actually yes dear, we understand.  You did all the music industry thieving and trolling you could do and crammed it into four years.  What else can you do but go back to being normal.

Let's get one thing straight about GAGART.  There is no new concept for visual and musical expression in Stefani's world.  There is no such thing because it's all been stolen from other classic acts. She wanted to call it GAGART but was worried she'd be labeled pretentious and snobby; but she tells us anyway.  So she is pretentious and snobby.   Maybe GAGART is this:

Thanks to the anon for the dead kitten pic, that made me laugh!

Thanks to Paws Down for tweeting the pic to me.

Morphing Gaga Face

Everyone's talking about Lady Gaga's appearance.  Her nose, chin, lips.  So I found this video.  Enjoy!

Oh, I'm not totally believing that she had a nose job.  The lips for sure.  Actually, she looks a lot like Cher in her younger days don't you think?

Speaking of Cher, this is the lame-o song they are releasing as a duet.  It's just the demo but it sucks.  Big time.

Lady Gaga Sues Fan, Still Wants You To Believe She Doesn't Care About Money

Last August, Stefani sued a fan for registering the domain name ladygaga.org. claiming that it was registered in bad faith and in violation of her trademark.  The defendant, a little monster, the fans that Stefani claims she loves so much, created the site as a fan site and a place where little monsters can gather and worship her fame loving ass.

Stefani filed the cybersquating complaint with US National Arbitration Forum.  The fan, only known as "oranges arecool XD", countered by stating that the site is a non-commercial, unofficial fan site and that it did not "have any sponsored links or links to third-party websites which market and sell merchandise bearing Complainant's trademark."
It was, the owner added, "merely a website that promoted her favourite artist, a site that was giving Gaga free publicity".

Last Wednesday, the NAF, consisting of three panelists, ruled in favor of the little monster.  They stated

"The Complainant [Lady Gaga] cannot have fame without fans, and fans cannot have fan sites without referring to the objects of their adoration," the panel wrote.

The main factor was the fact that the site was not selling any merchandise or profiting from Stefani.  In addition to that, the site states that it's an "Unofficial" fan site.  Should the site start selling merchandise, Stefani can refile her complaint and likely win the case.

This case further proves that the lie of "not giving a fuck about money" is complete and utter bullshit.  It also questions just how deep is that love Stefani has for her fans.  If both statements were true, Stefani:

a.)  wouldn't have sued that fan but have been grateful for a fan site created in her honor.

b.) wouldn't have minded if the fan was selling merchandise and making money, seeing that she doesn't care about it, right????!!!!

But we all know that she lies and steals.  We all know that she's spews a lot of bullshit from her heavy marketing campaign geared toward young impressionable teens and children to feed her insatiable appetite for fame and money.  We all know that it doesn't take much to throw together a few catchy rifs and cords and borrow "chord progressions" from others, use some elementary words in your lyrics, sing about sex, drugs, getting drunk and dancing in night clubs and call it a song.  Teens are more likely to be drawn to cheesy pop music anyway.  They're the perfect target audience.

Using the words of one of my commenter's "Gaga is a corporate pedophile".  She knows how to manipulate you so she can dwell here and check it out here as well.  Oh wait!! I thought she spent all her money on her shows and for her fans.  I must be wrong and before any little monster say "so, all celebrities live in mansions you stupid bitch hater", I would counter by saying that none of them claimed to not care about money. Stefani has and she is a hypocrite.

Still think she doesn't give a crap about money?

I guess even Stefani's so called love for her fans is anything but unconditional.

Thank you my little monsters.  Your mommy loves you sooooooooooooo much!

Here's a few more sources just in case you little flop monsters think I'm making this up.

UPDATE:  I've already been accused of lying by a little monster - see second comment below.  To prove that I am not full of shit and making this up, here is a screen shot of the case itself taken directly from the NAF website. Sorry if the print looks a little small.  I can't make the file too large because blogger won't let me upload it so here's the link to the case.

If the link doesn't work for you, go to the NAF website  and look up case #1403808.
