Lady Gaga Dangles the Big Banana!

"Wanna have dinner with me? Well now you can! Just give me your money first!".  Ok Lady Gaga didn't really say that but she might as well.  The Born This Way Foundation, a venture Gaga started with her mother Cynthia, partnered up with Prizeo to give her fans the chance at having dinner with her and her family in NYC at guess where? Joanne Trattoria! Holy promo Batman!  There's a catch though.  You have to donate to her foundation to be considered.  Your donation is basically an entry into the sweepstakes extravaganza.

The contest is set up in a tier structure.  The lowest tier is $10.00 and the highest is $2000.  The more money you give, the bigger and better a fan you are.  According to Gaga and her mother that is.

Let's not forget the contest tagline.

But what is the impact?  What exactly does The Born This Way Foundation do?  Sure, the words they use are warm and cozy. Just like a politician telling you what you want to hear to ensure their election victory, but has no real plan.

"BTWF’s revolutionary initiative, the Born Brave Bus Tour, is an educational ‘tailgate’ experience that connects young people to the resources, skills and opportunities they need to make a difference in their communities, and to one another".

Again, what resources, skills and opportunities?  This is what I'm talking about.  A lot of talk but no real plan.  The Born Brave Bus accompanies her on her tour and sets up shop in the parking lot, where deviants like Terry Richardson join in on the fun.  What does the foundation do when Gaga isn't on tour?  Oh right.  It designs cute post-it notes, pens and other stationery to sell at Office Depot to help cure you of your emotional and mental ails.

What else?  Help me out guys.  What does this foundation do when Gaga isn't on the road?  Are they in schools giving lectures?  Or is there an actual location or shelter that kids in emotional distress can go to?  Do they operate a self help line like Kid's Help Phone? Or is this charity simply another way for Stefani to prop herself up to Messiah-like status while getting a huge tax break?  Is this another way for her to revel in the worship she gets from her fans?  Just like her Little Monsters website.  Have you been on that site?  It's basically a shrine to Gaga.  All she has to do when she feels a little down is log on, read and her ego will be fulfilled beyond capacity.

Fun fact, there is no capacity when it comes to Stefani's ego.  With all the recent competition and fame-blocking from another no talent attention whore that goes by the name of Cyrus, no doubt Gaga is worried and will pull out all the stops.  Including copying the fellow fur wearing daughter of the Achy Breaky Heart one-hit wonder singer. Right down to the all white clothing and matching shoes.  It's just a matter of time before Gaga starts sticking her white coated tongue out at every photo-op possible.

How can anyone take this foundation, it's aims and it's CEO seriously?  Especially when she works with sexual deviants and rapists like R.Kelly and Terry Richardson?  Paint me confused, but how does exposing her fans to these vile men inspire creativity and promote kindness, bravery and individuality?  How does giving them a pass help create a kinder and braver world?

Anyone that truly cared about contributing to a kinder and braver world would extend that kindness and compassion to the Earth's basic creatures.  But the Queen of Kindness and Compassion has a wardrobe full of fur coats.  Not to defend meat eaters but when was the last time you saw a mink, fox or sable in your grocery store for you to consume after it's skin was removed for fashion?  How about never.  So the animal is skinned in the most atrocious way possible simply for fashion and the meat discarded and wasted.  All to satisfy her selfish, materialistic and shallow need for fashion.   From day one, Gaga has always been the prime example and perfect spokesperson for the "Do As I Say, Not As I Do" club.  Maybe that should have been the name of her foundation.

I'm not buying what she's selling.   Are you?

This Week in Gaga News

Billboard and Caca are both living in the past and celebrating Gaga's last No.1 hit.

Her most important song.  A song that she ripped off and tried to pass off as her own.  A pandering song with basic lyrics a three year old would understand.   Can't you picture it?  Circle time at a pre-school with the kids holding hands singing "My mama told me when I was young, we're all born superstars".  That's how basic this song is. Except now Humpty Dumpty seems like a more appropriate soundtrack to Gaga's career.

She hasn't had a No.1 hit since Born This Way. Every single since flopped like a fish out of water struggling to breathe and her latest CD ARTPOP is a massive failure that didn't reach even the lowest of expectations.  I guess she could always go back to pole dancing on the Lower East Side.  I heard Luc Carl's bar is hiring.

In other news, Gaga finally admitted to wearing real fur.  Her fans that wanted to believe so badly that their cult leader would never, ever wear real fur have nothing to defend her with anymore. Miss Breed Compassion (unless you're a fox, mink, sable or rabbit) has hit yet another nail in the fraud coffin. While talking to Harper's Bazaar about her space trip (which hopefully is a one way journey) the topic of Gaga's home came up.  For some delusional reason, Gaga thinks the topic is controversial when in reality no one gives a crap if she owns a home or not; nor is it at the forefront of their thoughts when they wake up in the morning.

"Honey?"  "Yes dear?"  "What are you thinking about?"  "Oh the usual. You know. Whether Lady Gaga owns a house or not? I can't get it off my mind.  It's all I ever think about". Said no one EVER!

It was during that conversation with the magazine that Gaga admitted to owning real fur.

Punk wear?  Please stop! Make it stop!  It hurts SO BAD!!  MAKE THE PAIN STOP!  MY INTESTINES ARE BLEEDING AND COMING UP OUT OF MY MOUTH FROM LAUGHING SO HARD!!  ARGH!!! MAKE IT STOP!  So there you have it. Gaga owns a sable. A real punk rocker would never own a sable, diamonds or Mikimoto Pearls.

Perhaps a career at the Copenhagen Zoo would be a good alternative for Caca. I'm sure there's a few baby giraffes or tigers she could kill and make coats out of.

And this post wouldn't be complete unless I congratulated Lady Gaga on her latest ARTPOP achievement this era. Don't worry about not being nominated for a Grammy.  Who needs that when you've been nominated for a Nickelodeon Kid's Choices Award!  It must be bittersweet because although she got a nomination, she can't win here either.  Katy Perry and One Direction are leading this prestigious award honour.

And in hate mail, here's one that makes total sense.

This genius took the time to cyber spank me for my views on Gaga, tells me I'm contributing to her alleged cutting, calls it cyber bulling which leads to suicide but also tells me to direct it at Bieber instead.  Because he's more deserving of it?  Why is it bad to do to Gaga but OK to do to Bieber?

Gaga on Jimmy Fallon

I guess she's going to promote this annoying ARTPOP thing for the next two years like it's some kind of monumental pop culture shift maker.  It's as if she doesn't know what single will be her next Bad Romance so she's going to test drive each one on every single talk show on this massive planet, to gauge the audience.  Throw a stack of quarters in the air and hope one is heads, right?  Yawn. Check out Caca on Fallon. What do you guys think?

Le Figaro questions Lady Gaga's popularity

As life would have it, anti-Gaga sites like mine and Paws Down aren't the only ones questioning Gaga's popularity, or rather the decline of it.  French newspaper Le Figaro is catching on as well. The French paper is scratching their head wondering why just a mere two years ago, Lady Gaga performed in the Stade de France; a venue that seats up to 81,338 people.  Now as she makes her way back with the ARTRAVE: ARTPOP Ball, she's playing The Zenith, with a seating capacity of 6000 maximum, over two nights.  The article is in French and you can read it here.  Here's a Google translation.  Please excuse any grammatical mistakes.

The pop singer will perform twice in a room less than its previous passages in France standing. Programming that is a blow to the pretensions gagaïennes.

Megalomania has she left Lady Gaga ? The tour artrave American diva will stage 30 and 31 October at the Zenith in Paris . An enclosure that can accommodate about 6000 people. There are two years old, she gathered 70,617 spectators at Stade de France , the largest space dedicated to such events in France. A disappointment which generates several questions about the popularity of the artist.

In a career, international stars the likes of Lady Gaga are generally used to make their first visit to France in rooms the size of Zenith Paris or the Palais Omnisport de Bercy (17,000 seats), then concatenate the complex Saint-Denis. Logic dictates that musicians have tasted dyonisienne arena are then taken to occur only on the scene, as is the case for Eminem and Bruce Springsteen. Rather than climb the steps one by one, the interpreter Poker Face tumbles down the stairs.

Live Nation, the producer of the tour has surely seen its ambitions down after the commercial failure of the album Artpop , released on November 11. While its label included a loss of $ 25 million due to a promotional campaign too expensive and poor sales, the disc has sold 1.5 million copies, against 8,000,000 for the previous Born This Way. A decline of public interest that goes along with a few rave reviews received on the artistic content .
Bercy also too ambitious

The choice of Zenith can be seen as a strategy of producer. Stade de France rather than half empty (a mishap known Prince and Paul McCartney ), better fill twice the Zenith, leaving it to some fans, unable to dig sesame on the tile. In terms of image, this limits the damage. Lady Gaga can always be argued, of course used to prefer smaller to be closer to its public room. In financial terms, the maneuver is however not as profitable. In addition to the decrease in revenues from the ticket must provide logistical expenses greater inherent in the presence of two days in the same city as an artist Lady Gaga.

The star could have bet on INTERMEDIATE solution with room Bercy. Bercy Arena The project , aimed at providing 3,000 places suppémentaire pregnant, a closing force as early as next March to be finished in October 2015. The room will reopen its doors to welcome including two concerts Stromae (17 and 29 November) and that 's Elton John (November 19). A schedule that would have suited the tour Lady Gaga, before moving to Paris in late October.

If the "Mother Monster" continues to see its rating devalue that we have to wait for a future tour?Lady Gaga may have to consider proposing a benefit acoustics in a room capacity Bataclan or Trianon. Disturbing.

Gaga speaks French right?  Putain de bordel de merde is a perfect expression to describe her career at this critical juncture in 2014.  Time to open that box of cheerios!

Lady Gaga lies about writing her own music

Gaga still claims she does it all on her own. In November 2013 on the Howard Stern show, Gaga was a guest. She performed two songs: Dope and Gypsy. After the performance, Howard decides to ask her about her songwriting. And yup! She claims to write all her stuff, all on her own. As quoted below, she writes all her own stuff and does not work with a team.

Below is an almost word for word (I cut out most of the stutters) EXACT manuscript, beginning at 11:30.

HOWARD STERN SHOW  2013-11-12

Howard Stern: A lot of women now are writing - I was reading something about Katy Perry -

Lady Gaga: Can I come sit over here now?

Stern: Yeah. Katy Perry writes her songs, with like a team of people. You know what I mean, like everyone now is a business?

Stern: You know? You know what I'm talking about? Like they were saying that - a lot of - they were doing an article on women in pop, and they were saying that they write in teams, you know, and it's almost like the person is just the president of a corporation. You write from the heart. You write a lot of your own stuff, right?

Gaga: Well yeah, I mean I write all my stuff. But I mean I work with producers that - that you know, they give me, you know, we work together organically, but no there's not like a team of people working on my record.

Stern: Do you ever get nervous like - "I should be doing that" cause like, that's what everyone is doing now?

Gaga: No! No!

Stern: That would be horrible, right?

Gaga: To me it sounds contrived. And I can, you can hear it.

Oh the irony at Lady Gaga calling something contrived.

---------------------
So she writes all her own stuff, does not have a team, and can tell when other people use a team because it sounds contrived. But don't worry, the Goddess of Love says she "doesn't judge". She sure is ready to toss Katy Perry (who has less writers for PRISM than she does for ARTPOP) and every other woman in pop under the bus.

Instead of sticking up for other women in the industry, she would rather bask in her own false praise.

Wow Gaga! No team of writers, you say? What do you call it when EIGHT people come together and write a song?

If you look at the writing credits for ARTPOP, it's clear she does not and can not work alone. The only two songs she has released so far: Applause (8 writers, 4 producers) and Do What U Want (5 writers, 2 producers) have proved this.

Even the song "Venus" that she claimed to have written and produced herself (said at the XFactor UK at 6:04) has 6 writers and 3 producers.

When will the hypocrisy and lies stop?

The Inappropriateness of Terry Richardson

Creepy and pseudo controversial photographer Terry Richardson stooped to levels lower than what he already has in incidents celebrities prefer to forget. It's bad enough being an alleged sexual predator that preys on the hopes and dreams of young models but now he unleashed his sickness on the most innocent.  Somewhere in Terry's sick and twisted mind, he thinks it's appropriate to dress a baby named Wolfgang in this adorable little ensemble. The photo is taken from his website.

Obviously this is a play on words because babies enter this world through, er, p***es, implying that giving birth "wrecks" them.  I get that.  But is this appropriate? Is it funny to dress a child in an outfit like this when Terry has the stellar reputation that he does?  Would it be funny if he didn't have a reputation for abusing models?   A baby boy wearing a onesie with the words "pussy wrecker" on it has sexual connotations as well and it's pretty repulsive if you ask me.  But this is Terry we're talking about and he is pretty repulsive.

Why do celebrities like Lady Gaga give this man a free pass?  Or R.Kelly? Because they're artists? Are artists exempt from laws and judgement of social behaviours that "normal" folk would pay harsh penalties and consequences for? Should their art be separated from what they do outside of it? Celebrities seem to be held to a different standard than their non-famous counterparts.

What are your thoughts?  Is this a harmless joke or is it irresponsible and suggestive?

Thanks Brie for the link.

Marina Diamandis Twitter Slaps Lady Gaga!

Spill that tea bitch! Zing! Bam! Ouch!  That must hurt Lady Gaga.  How does it feel to get a taste of that Truth Tea? Marina Diamandis of Marina and the Diamonds served it up hot and it's left a crater size scar on Gaga's career. What's left of it that is.  I'm pretty sure working with sex offenders is a bad career move.

Gaga's fans are wondering where the DWUW video is?  Kids, this is your pink, flashing, neon elephant in the room of an answer.  The answer that so many of her fans still refuse to see for what it is.  Working with a pedophile is what happened to the DWUW video.  Stefani could've stood up for what's right and what's just by using just a little bit of this one ingredient - common sense.

Instead, she rode her bike down hypocrite path and in her feeble, little mind, she tried to rationalize running a youth foundation and working with a pedophile/rapist at the same time. Oil and vinegar lady, oil and vinegar.  It's never going to work. The fact that you tried is most disturbing.  Even more disturbing are her fans making excuses for Gaga's behaviour.  Monster's like Monster Kat, who is a huge Gaga fan but also a huge fan of Marina and the Diamonds.  I wonder what fans like Kat have to say about this now?  I'm sure Marina will be vilified for pointing out the obvious while Gaga, the pedo denier, will forever remain on their demented pedestal.

One thing I know for sure is that anyone with common sense would not justify or make excuses for pedophiles, or for the people that chose to stick their head in the sand and ignore it.

ARTPOP is over.....bitch...it's over.
