Lady Gaga's parents Joe and Cynthia, answered the death knell on the door of their restaurant Joanne Trattoria after the grim reaper came knocking. The Department of Health's inspection gave them a C grade after a series of serious health code violations. A grade C is the worst you can get in NYC. The C grade will not be displayed in the restaurant window until after the owner's hearing with the city's Health Tribunal.
Violations include and not limited to:

They should be held in violation for charging $18 for macaroni and cheese!! Check out the rest of their ridiculous prices on their dated website.
When in NYC, you're better off eating a dead rat straight from the sewer. Cheaper too.
