Lip Syncing or Backing Track? Lady Gaga Vomits on Stage in Barcelona

Lady Gaga seems to throw up during her shows quite often.  She usually runs off the stage but in Barcelona, she didn't have a chance to get that far.  It looks like the hair ball she swallowed from all that fur she's been wearing finally caught up to her.  Check out this video during 'The Edge of Glory'.

At the start of the video, look closely.  You can see her spit.  Then when she approaches her back up dancer, she vomits during the line "I'm on the edge with you".  Is this proof that Lady I Never Lip Sync On Stage is actually......cue the shock.....lip syncing?  Or is it just a backing track?  If it is a backing track, is that acceptable to use from someone who went on a tirade during her Monster Ball Tour about making sure her fans don't "spend a dime to watch some bitch lip sync her way through a set or an HBO special"?

I know she sings live and I know she doesn't always lip sync but for someone who slams other artists for lip syncing and calling them bitches.  For someone so holier than thou and self righteous as Lady Gaga, she shouldn't have a backing track at all! That back track was so loud that even if she sang over it, you'd hear mainly the back track. Which is there to help her along....like lip syncing.

I want to hear what you think.  Back track acceptable or not?

Thank you Ryan and Amen-Madonna for sending this to me.
