Gaga took to Twitter to post a video of an Extra TV interview she had with Angie Martinez conveniently titled "Lady Gaga Calls Out All of the Artists That Lip Sync".

Angie: I know you sing live.
Gaga: Yes. I love how there's a question about that, though, 'you sing live'!
Angie:
Not everybody does though, and I don't judge that. I don't judge that
because there's so much dancing and there's so much running around on
that stage.
Gaga: But you should judge that! You know? You should!
Angie: Well, all artists are different I think.
Gaga: No, I don't think it's cool to lip sync.
Angie: Really?
Gaga: No.
Angie: Ever?
Gaga: I mean, I don't --
Angie: Some of our biggest artists lip sync.
Gaga:
I'm not judging - you know, if people do, because it's everybody's own -
you know, style of what they've decided - you know, the type of artist
they will be. But I think that if you pay for a ticket to see a show
then the artist should fucking have some pipes and sing their records
for you.

First she says people should judge those that lip sync, then she says "I'm not judging if people do". Which one is it, Gaga? Do you judge the artists that lip sync, or don't you?
If you can sit through her painful and borderline incoherent interview "you know? you know? you know?" (I think I left some 'you know's out in the transcript too) then you'll see how obviously offended she is by the mere suggestion that she might lip sync.
She claims to be so against it, and the media and her fans eat up her every word - despite the fact that there are tons of videos floating around the internet of her doing exactly what she says she never does.
