Lady Gaga most deleted artist on Last FM

Last FM, a popular UK founded Internet music streaming site, boasting 30 million active users.   Last FM uses "scrobbling" to build user's musical taste.  From Wikipedia, "using a music recommender system called "Audioscrobbler", Last.fm builds a detailed profile of each user's musical taste by recording details of the tracks the user listens to, either from Internet radio stations, or the user's computer or many portable music devices. This information is transferred ("scrobbled") to Last.fm's database either via the music player itself (Rdio, Spotify, Clementine, Amarok) or via a plugin installed into the user's music player. The data is then displayed on the user's profile page and also compiled to create reference pages for individual artists. By April 2011 Last.fm reported more than 50 billion scrobbles".

The most unwanted tracks from user scrobbles in December 2012 was none other than Lady Gaga, with a whopping 16 songs.  Poker Face came in the No.2 spot with Psy at No.1.  This pretty much confirms the ever quickly fading star of what the world knows as Mother Monster.  Other artists with many songs axed from user play lists include Rihanna and Lana Del Rey.

The majority of the artists on the Last FM list are pop stars, which is also clear sign of what a "fad" is. Thank you AM for sending me the list.

In other breaking news, Paws Down is reporting that Lady Gaga attended the Met Gaga and the press didn't even notice.  Here's her appearance on the red carpet.
