Lady Gaga FLOPS at European Music Awards

Psy at the MTV EMA's
The 2012 EMA's were handed out this evening in Frankfurt and Lady Gaga barely made an impact, if any at all.  The fading pop star was nominated in the 'Best Live Performance', 'Best Video' (Marry the Night), and 'Biggest Fans' (WTF kind of category is that?) categories.  She won a grand total of zero awards.

Lady Gaga's styrofoam He-Man Castle Grey Skull stage also failed to make the 'Best World Stage' category.  These artists did.

Wow,  that's a pretty hefty list.  They couldn't find somewhere to squeeze her in?  Guess not!

The winners are:

The most hysterical part is that Psy's "Gangnam Style" kicked her ass further into yesteryear by beating iMadonna's opus video 'Marry the Flop Night'.

To be  fair, also missing from this list or any of the nominations is Madonna and Ellie Goulding whom I love.  Ellie's "Lights" has only hit North America recently but in Europe the song and album are about two years old so that may explain why.  The album 'Lights' was released February 26th, 2010 so it's safe to say that automatically disqualified her.
