Lady Gaga - the Music Industry Troll Strikes Again

Stefani just can't let Britney Spears enjoy her moment.  She screwed up Britney's Tribute at the VMA's because she couldn't shut up and had to steal the spotlight from Britney and completely ruin Britney's moment with her embarrassing Jo Calderone schtick.  Awkward.  Britney should have pushed her off the stage with her foot.

And now?  Last night Britney released her video for her next single "Criminal".  You can see from her Twitter screen shots that I just took how long ago they were posted and how excited she is to show her video to her fans.

Then, along came a spider, Gaga who just couldn't wait to steal Britney's thunder and at the last minute she decides to release her cover for her Steal Marry the Night single.  Here's Stefani's tweets that coincide with Britney's.  Stefani disguises her shifty art by putting the onus on her little monsters by saying if they make "Marry The Night Single Cover" the No.1 trending topic on Twitter, she will release it early.  Well guess what?  Twitter blocked it from trending but she released it anyway.  Make no mistake, this was a premeditated swipe to steal the focus away from Britney's new video and put the focus directly back on her - just like a narcissist and a sneaky, manipulative, underhanded sociopath would do.   This had nothing, nada, zilch, to do with love for her fans.

Isn't it strange that she just suddenly decided "Whoops!  I love my monsters so much! I just have to release the cover now".  She does not love you.  Stefani's only goal was a self serving one and that was to rip the rug out from under Britney Spears.

What's with the comment about the vessel for rebirth?  Sounds like a obvious attempt to sound artistic, poetic and deep but crashed more like a glass thrown off a 550 foot cliff.  Fail.

Now, I'm not a fan of either of them but I can spot a saboteur when I see one and that is exactly what Stefani has been doing ever since Femme Fatale came out.  That whole fakery when Gaga went to Britney's concert and bowed to her was just a mockery.  She probably went to the show with a note pad and pen to jot down ideas for her next tour.   Stefani in no way feels that Britney is worth anything next to her.  Or she feels so completely insecure and threatened that she has to sabotage anything that Britney does.  Just like when Stefani and Pigrez Hilton plotted to ruin Christina Aguliera's Bionic before it came out.  Remember that?

Wanna see the cover for her dated, 80's throwback, cheesy, Meatloaf-ish song Marry the Night?  Here it is.
