It's a Christmas for Suckers at Barney's!

Barney's store front

The holidays are fast approaching and Barney's along with Gaga have put the final touches on her Sucker's Gaga's Workshop.

In case you haven't heard, Lady I Don't Care About Money teamed up with expensive retailer, Barney's New York to launch Operation Money Grab, a campaign to sucker all the little monsters and parent's of little monsters to buy overpriced, ridiculous items that you will never need.

$15 Gaga cookie
What are some of the items you say?  A $15.00 cookie with Stefani's face on it wearing her telephone hat.  A $68 chocolate skull.  Um.....what else?  Oh!!  A $95 snow globe with Stefani sitting on top of it - because you need that right.  A $65 monster claw stocking, which is fucking ugly by the way.  The cheapest are $6 chocolate Christmas ornaments and the most expensive, a $4100 pair of black shoes.

$95 Snow Globe
Barney's, along with Stefani are deliberately preying on the mind of the stupid consumer.  In this case, her fans.  The greedy Gagmonster and the super expensive retail giant know how large her fan base is AND they know how brainwashed loyal her fans are to her.  With these two very important ingredients in place, they are able to create the ultimate chocolate sucker cake that's 50 stories high and can feed every single one of her little monsters.

So the monster's are hungry and Gaga, their saviour, will feed them; and feed them she will, to the tune of hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of dollar signs and they are none the wiser.  Stefani can do no wrong and that includes taking advantage of her fans by getting them to spend more money on useless crap to further line her pockets.  She just LOVES you so much little suckers!

$68 Monster Claw Stocking

Don't know what the fuck this shit is supposed to be but it's probably expensive

Barneys creative director Dennis Freedman says of the workshop, "It's the kind of space that is going to appeal to adults as well as children. It's like going to a movie that you take your children to and [you] end up loving it more than your children, and I think that's one of the great accomplishments."

Yes, that's exactly what Freedman and Stefani are hoping for.  That great accomplishment will certainly be met no doubt.  That accomplishment will make her richer while leaving you with an added debt and a useless piece of garbage.  Mission accomplished Lady Transparent.

In order to appear that they are in touch with the 99%, Barney's and Stefani announced months back that 25% of the sales would go to the charity of her choice.  Wanna guess which charity she chose?  Wait for it...................................

New Madonna Song Leaked!

So here it is.  Madonna's new song "Give Me All Your Love" has "leaked".  Leaked as in "on purpose." I'm sure.   I don't know if this is the demo in full or the final product.  Some sources are saying it's the demo.  If you like pop and love Madonna, the song is fun and definitely catchy.  It has a total 80's Go-Go's vibe to it combined with Madonna's vocal styling from the first era. IE: Holiday, Burning Up, Borderline.

I'm undecided on the song.  Not too crazy about the lyrics and I'm not feeling the cheerleader aspect to it.  I'll have to listen to it a few more times.  I'm definitely curious about the rest of the new album.  What I do like immensely is how the song is out a lot earlier than planned, just in time to compete against Stefani's "Marry The Night" single.  Did Madge plan that?  I bet she did that naughty girl!  Kudos to her if she did.  After all the theft and borrowing and Xeroxing Stefani's done to Madonna, the hack's been asking for it.

Check out this lyric of the song:

"Don't play those stupid games, 'cause I'm a different kind of girl. Every record sounds the same, you gotta step into my world"

A dig at Gaga perhaps?

Whether you like it or hate it, I hope it knocks "Marry The Night" into oblivion.  And I sincerely mean that, from the bottom of my heart.

Oh, apparently this is for the Superbowl, hence the cheer leading part and won't be the official single off the new album and it is just the demo.

Gaga Releases Perfume: So Predictable

What is it with celebrities and perfume?  Stefani's the latest in a long line of actors and pop stars releasing perfume.  Have you ever bought a celebrity perfume?  I haven't.  It's so incredibly lame and boring not to mention cliché and beyond predictable.   How so very avant garde of Stefani.  How so very "artist like".  How so very not giving a fuck about money.  How's that for inking YET ANOTHER corporate deal to generate more millions by she who dares to whisper her disdain for money.  So amazingly condescending isn't she, to actually think that there are people stupid enough to believe her lies when she is so incredibly transparent.  Oh wait, there are!  They are called "little monsters" or any Gaga fan for that matter.

Next time Stefani, just shut up OK.  You've proven that you're a hypocrite and we all know it's not true that money doesn't matter to you when it's painfully obvious that it does.  Please do the world a favor and shut your flap or better yet, hang yourself.

Stefani announced back in 2010 that she was coming out with a perfume line and today there's chatter about what it will be called.  Rumor has it that it's called "Monster".  *yawn*

And yet in another sad and pathetic attempt to convince the world that she's always been this......

when she really was this........

Lady Manufactured This Way says she wants her perfume to smell like blood and semen.  The fuck?
This woman shouldn't be allowed to speak.

Footnote - I know Madge is releasing a perfume as well.  I think it's lame and won't buy it.  That was just for any Stefani fans who think they can throw that around.

Selena Gomez Takes a Swipe at Gaga at the MTV Awards Europe

At least that's what The Mirror UK is reporting.  I know The Mirror isn't exactly Reuters but when you see Selena dressed up like this........

........you have to wonder.  It really does look like a ridiculous Gaga ensemble.  The Mirror is reporting that Stefani was FUMING backstage and took the dig personally.  Especially after Selena also wore a pink poodle head gear thingy that really stuck the knife in a little deeper.

According to The Mirror's backstage mole, Lady Narcissist had a fit.

“She couldn’t believe Selena had gone there, she was stunned. She takes her art very seriously.”

HA!  Her art?  What art?  There's no art in Stefani's corporate dealings, money grabbing, insincere, Xerox copied, over compensated, desperate, dated, manufactured package.  Here's Stefani below, dressed in something at the Europe awards tonight.  Behold, yet another pathetic display at trying to be "art".

Court Won't Split Copyright Suit Over Lady Gaga's 'Judas'

By Keith Goldberg     LINK TO ORIGINAL SOURCE HERE

Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 8:37 PM ET) -- An Illinois magistrate judge on Friday refused to split up a lawsuit claiming Lady Gaga's hit song "Judas" copied another singer's work, ruling the liability and damages issues would not be litigated separately.

Following a hearing, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey T. Gilbert denied the request made by the pop star's record label, UMG Recordings Inc., which argued that the suit should be split so that the liability issues can be quickly resolved, making a complex damages assessment necessary only if plaintiff Rebecca Francescatti prevails.

However, Judge Gilbert ordered the parties to submit a proposed discovery plan in which liability discovery would generally proceed before full-blown damages discovery. The parties can still serve and respond to damages discovery at the start of the process; however, any objections over damages discovery will be addressed by the court, according to the judge's order.

Christopher Niro of Niro Haller & Niro Ltd., an attorney for Francescatti, said an assessment of damages is a normal part of the discovery process of nearly every lawsuit.

"Why should this case be any different?" Niro said to Law360 on Friday.

Counsel for UMG wasn't immediately able to comment.

Francescatti recorded a song called "Juda" in 1999, and claims that her former sound engineer Brian Gaynor later worked with Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, and used Francescatti's song as the basis for "Judas."

Francescatti filed suit in August, naming as defendants UMG, Lady Gaga, Gaynor and Gaynor's company, DJ White Shadow LLC. She claims Gaynor copied the arrangement, melody and bass line of her song and used it to create "Judas" for Lady Gaga.

According to Francescatti's attorney, Gaynor dressed up "Judas" to make it sound different from "Juda," but when transcribed to sheet music, the two songs are 80 to 90 percent identical.

"Juda" appears on Francescatti's 1999 album "It's All About You," and the song is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, according to the suit. "Judas" appears on Lady Gaga's 2011 album "Born This Way."

According to UMG, which denies Francescatti's claims, Lady Gaga has never worked with Gaynor but has met with two other members of DJ White Shadow, Paul Blair and Brian Lee. However, she met Blair and Lee in August 2010 and wrote and recorded "Judas" in May 2010, so she could not have copied Francescatti's song, the company claims.

Moreover, the company claims it has hired a musicologist to analyze the two songs, and the expert found that they have no significant structural or musical similarities.

In its bifurcation request, UMG said its role in the case will not become significant unless Francescatti prevails on liability, because it only distributes "Judas" and had no role in its composition.

Francescatti is represented by William L. Niro and Christopher W. Niro of Niro Haller & Niro Ltd.

UMG is represented by Andrew H. Bart and Christopher B. Lay of Jenner & Block LLP. Lady Gaga is represented by Charles Ortner, Sandra A. Crawshaw-Sparks, Steven R. Gilford and Catherine J. Spector of Proskauer Rose LLP. DJ White Shadow is represented by Elvis D. Gonzalez of Elvis Gonzalez Ltd. Gaynor is represented by John J. Bullaro Jr. and Bryan E. Curry of Bullaro & Carton PC.

The case is Francescatti v. Germanotta et al., case number 1:11-cv-05270, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Gaga Ruins Thanksgiving

Lady Gaga doesn’t look like the type to sit down over turkey and all the trimmings, but the singer couldn't resist treating her Little Monsters to her first holiday special.

Gaga will premiere the aptly titled “A Very Gaga Thanksgiving” on ABC. The 90-minute Thanksgiving day special was conceived and directed by the signer and promises to offer a glimpse into her private life.

She will perform eight songs in front of a small audience of close friends and family. Beside the hits, Gaga will perform “The Lady Is a Tramp” with Tony Bennett, “Marry the Night,” “You and I,” “The Edge of Glory” and the holiday classic “White Christmas.”

Katie Couric will sit down with the singer at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Manhattan, Gaga's alma mater, for a revealing one-on-one conversation about her life and inspirations behind her hits. Gaga also got into the holiday spirit by recruiting chef Art Smith to help her prepare a Thanksgiving dinner of deep-fried turkey ... and waffles.

“We all know Lady Gaga is a phenomenon,” Couric said in a statement. “This is a chance to see more of who she is beneath the wild costumes and staged musical numbers .... Lady Gaga as a high school student still bruised by being excluded from the party, Lady Gaga as a devoted daughter and caring sister, Lady Gaga as a 25-year-old woman embracing fame and fortune that seemed to come overnight. She will impress you, delight you and surprise you.”

This is just plain stupid.   More bullshit and more $$$$$ for her.   Hasn't she talked about herself and shoved herself down society's throat ad nauseum enough already?  Now she has to torture the masses with a Thanksgiving Special!  I wonder if she'll have a piano shaped like a turkey or cornucopia while she strips down and slows down her songs to just a piano....like she always does.  The same technique over and over and over again.  BORING!!   I wonder if someone will throw a turkey at her??

In order for her to not have a comparison to Madonna or to anyone else for that matter, she has to ride the cheese highway because we all know holiday specials are cheesy and Madonna has never done a holiday special.  Gaga, a family, holiday special?  Her?  A family special?  What, she's Bob Hope now?  I think she's a little delusional right now thinking that she appeals to good, wholesome American values on a very American holiday.  Football and cranberry dressing she is a not.  Who the hell thought this would be a good idea???  She's one of the last people who is appropriate to have a family special.

Is she going to baste that turkey with her disco stick or will she just ride it on prime time? Maybe she's cut a live turkey's throat on TV.  She'll probably claim that the turkey spoke to her and gave her creativity through it's butt hole that was attached to her vagina which inspired her to be brave and fearless.

Ugh, I can already feel the turkey and mashed potatoes making it's way back up my esophagus.

Top 10 Musical Turn Offs

Have you ever been on a date when the topic of music taste comes up and your date says "I like so and so." and it turned you right off?  Music taste can often influence our level of attraction toward another person.  Let's face it, a lot of people are passionate about music and what they think is good and what blows.

Tastebuds.fm, a dating site that matches singles up based on musical taste conducted a poll. Users were asked which musical acts are the biggest turn offs to them.  The results?

Looks like Stefani made the Top 10 on this chart! She's been over milking this cow named career and the cow's dried up.  Congratulations Stefani for putting yourself into this category of artists.   At least you have your other job at the Born This Way Foundation to fall back on.   Good luck with that.  No bracelets OK.
