The night belonged to Adele and I couldn't be happier. Tonight, we can smile knowing that pure, raw, genuine talent still matters in a pop world dominated by cheap, dirty, flashy douche bags.

Also, a bittersweet congratulations to Amy Winehouse on winning a Grammy for her duet with Tony Bennett in the Best Pop Duo / Group Performance. I had hoped that you would be able to pull yourself out of the dark hole you've been living in for so long.
