Her hair that is. GaGa arrived at the CFDA awards on Monday night where she was being honored as a fashion icon. *Cough*, sporting a turquoise wig. Now we all know that GaGa has a lot of hair, thick hair, which as been bleached over and over. All that bleaching is really damaging for your hair. There's already been reports that GaGa's hair is falling out from over processing. Has it finally happened? Is the Queen of Over Compensating practically bald under that FUG wig? Just looking at that wig, I don't see how she would be able to fit all her hair underneath it.
Regardless, the fact that she's been honored as a fashion icon is a joke in and of itself. A fashion icon is someone with a sense of style that can blaze a trail that is realistic for the general population. Someone that people can emulate for their own fashion sense. Ralph Lauren would fall into this category for example.
A fashion icon? GaGa is not that. GaGa is a avant garde clown. If the average person wore the crap she wears and went out in public, you'd get your ass kicked. And she thought she was bullied. I dare you! Go out and wear clothes like GaGa and see what happens. The only reason she can get away with it is because she's a pop star, an annoyingly bad one albeit.
